Startup of 19-year-old Kazakh entrepreneur raises $250,000 in investment

The Personal AI Company startup Amurex.ai, founded in September 2024 by Kazakh Arsen Kilishbek and Indian Sanskar Jeti, is developing an artificial intelligence personal assistant. This AI assistant will help users solve work or personal issues. Currently, the startup has already launched an AI assistant for video chat, which will increase productivity and simplify online communication.

Recently, Amurex.ai attracted $ 250 thousand in investment from the London venture fund Entrepreneur First.

“We launched this startup as part of the Entrepreneur First program. We pitched to investors in January, and they made a decision very quickly. Three days later, the deal was approved, and within a week the contract was signed and the funds were transferred. This investment will be used to improve the technology and expand the user audience,” says Arsen Kilishbek, the startup’s CTO.

Arsen notes that Amurex.ai is an open source solution.

– There are more than 1,900 stars in our GitHub repository. It is known that many startups that have passed the Y Combinator accelerator do not reach 1,000 stars by the end of the program. But we achieved this result in just three months, – says Arsen.

The Amurex.ai team has now moved to San Francisco. In April, the startup will participate in the Demo Day event, which will be attended by the most influential venture investors and entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. At the same time, the team is preparing for the next investment round.

– I cannot say exactly how much money we plan to raise yet. However, companies that have passed the Entrepreneur First program usually receive $2-3 million in investments. For example, recently an Azerbaijani businesswoman raised $6.9 million in investments, – says Arsen.
