AloqaVentures continues to expand its investment portfolio with a new commitment to the Uzbek startup AliPos—a POS platform designed for the food service industry. The fund has invested $80,000 in the project.
AliPos is a resident of Startup Garage’s Samarkand branch and has been operating since 2023. The platform was fully developed by a local team of specialists. Initially launched as an outsourcing service, it later evolved into a standalone digital product.
To date, AliPos has been implemented in over 830 businesses, offering a comprehensive suite of services including:
– POS system
– Financial control
– Inventory management
– Data analytics
– 24/7 technical support
In return for the investment, AloqaVentures has acquired a 6.67% equity stake, valuing the startup at $1.2 million.
AliPos is now focused on expanding into Central Asia and CIS markets, with long-term ambitions to enter Europe and the United States.
