How AI startup Sino AI helps avoid mistakes in treatment and makes healthcare accessible for everyone

Sino AI, a healthtech startup from Uzbekistan, is building an AI-powered digital platform designed to be the first point of contact for anyone experiencing symptoms. With the help of artificial intelligence, it allows people to better understand what their symptoms may be linked to, interpret lab results, and connect with doctors — all directly through a simple Telegram bot.

Tackling an urgent problem

In Uzbekistan, as in many other countries, access to quality and timely medical care remains a challenge. Long queues, a shortage of narrow specialists, difficulties in booking appointments, and even fear of doctors — particularly among the elderly and those living in remote areas — often push people toward self-medication.

Sino AI was created precisely to address this issue by providing quick, clear, and evidence-based support from the very first step.

The first step — a Telegram bot

The startup has already launched its first product: a Telegram bot that provides users with instant, free, and convenient preliminary advice powered by AI.

Today, the bot offers three main functions:

  • AI-driven symptom diagnostics
  • Lab test interpretation
  • A doctor directory and appointment booking

Users can even send voice messages. Sino AI’s AI understands Uzbek and Russian, automatically converts speech to text, and analyzes it.

Why it matters

At a time when many people still rely on “guesswork” in healthcare, Sino AI offers a fast, accessible, and reliable first step toward proper treatment.

The startup has already raised 250 million UZS from a business angel, with funds directed toward developing its AI system and mobile application.

“We want to break the stereotype that healthcare is complicated and expensive. Everyone — regardless of where they live or how much they earn — has the right to quality medical advice,” says the founder of Sino AI.

What’s next

In the near future, the team plans to:

  • launch a mobile app;
  • integrate with clinics;
  • enable online insurance processing;
  • offer nurse visits at home;
  • provide consultations with international doctors;
  • and expand into CIS countries, the Arab world, and North & South America within three years.

Sino AI is open to partnerships with private clinics and insurance companies across Uzbekistan. Healthcare providers and insurers can become part of the new generation of digital medicine through flexible integration models, technical support, and innovative digital channels that help attract new patients.

“It’s time to stop relying on Google or a neighbor’s advice for treatment. Evidence-based medicine and artificial intelligence mean healthcare without fear or queues.”
