More than 1.1 million people now use the Korzinka mobile app each month. According to the company, this figure represents MAU (Monthly Active Users) — the number of users who actively use the app during a given month.
The Korzinka app was launched in 2019 and initially focused primarily on loyalty programs and bonus management. Today, the platform combines several services, including shopping, payments, loyalty features, and online delivery.
One of the app’s key services is the Korzinka Plus loyalty program. New users who register a virtual card receive 10,000 Salom bonuses. The company’s current offers also include three free coffees at Korzinka Mahalla and a UZS 30,000 discount on each of the first three orders through Korzinka Go — providing a total benefit of UZS 90,000.
Through the app, users can track their bonuses, view purchase history, link bank cards, and make payments via QR code. The integration with Korzinka Go also allows customers to order groceries through the app and track deliveries in real time.
Korzinka’s digital ecosystem has expanded significantly in recent years. According to the company’s 2024 annual report, its loyalty program had around 1.8 million active cards at the time, while more than 600,000 users were actively using the app or their accounts each month. The report also stated that loyalty program members accounted for 55% of purchases made at the company’s stores.
This means the company’s latest figure of more than 1.1 million MAU is approximately 83% higher than the more than 600,000 monthly active users reported two years earlier.
The Korzinka app also includes other features aimed at digitizing the shopping experience. For example, the company allows customers to opt for electronic receipts instead of printed ones. Purchase history and receipt information can be accessed directly through the app.
In addition, Korzinka launched the “Narxiga javob” (Price Match) program in 2026. Under the program, customers who find the same product at a lower price at a designated competing retailer can apply through the app or website to receive the price difference as a bonus.
As a result, the Korzinka app has evolved from a simple loyalty card into a broader digital platform combining shopping, payments, delivery, and loyalty services. Its latest milestone of more than 1.1 million monthly active users highlights the growing role of mobile platforms in Uzbekistan’s retail sector.
