On December 4, the Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan, Laziz Kudratov, held a meeting with Fuad Mohammed Al-Ghanim, the founder and head of the “Fouad Al-Ghanim and Sons Group of Companies.”
During the meeting, project proposals in sectors such as healthcare, transport infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and construction materials production were presented to the Kuwaiti side. Additionally, detailed information was shared about the opportunities available for participants in Uzbekistan’s public-private partnership (PPP) program. The program aims to attract over $30 billion in long-term investments across various sectors.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade, the Kuwaiti delegation expressed their readiness to take practical steps to work on the discussed projects with the assistance of project managers specifically assigned by the ministry.
