Asror Arabjanov simplifies contract work with his new startup

Widely recognized as a lawyer, entrepreneur, and active contributor to the startup ecosystem, Asror Arabjanov is entering a bold new chapter in his career. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience, deep engagement with hundreds of founders, and a legal education from Stanford, Arabjanov has launched a new venture aimed at solving a problem that has followed him throughout his journey: contract complexity. The solution is called Clarity Flo.

It all started with one moment

“I once had to draft a contract from my laptop while standing on a freight platform, coordinating a steel delivery for a factory construction,” Arabjanov recalls. “That’s the founder’s life — you wear every hat: CEO, lawyer, logistics manager — all at once.”

Since that day, Arabjanov has negotiated billion-dollar infrastructure deals, helped build one of the largest startup communities for Central Eurasia in Silicon Valley, and completed his legal education at Stanford, at the heart of innovation and AI. But despite all that, one question remained unresolved:
Why are contracts still so painful to manage?

Clarity Flo — your AI contract assistant

Today, Arabjanov offers his answer: Clarity Flo. But this isn’t just another software tool. It’s a true AI teammate — designed to work like a human colleague, not a platform.

Here’s how it works:

  • Just CC the assistant in your email — it drafts, manages, and finalizes the contract.
  • No dashboards. No logins. No complex setup.
  • The process is seamless, fast, and intuitive.

Clarity Flo is designed specifically for fast-moving teams — startup founders, ops leads, and small companies that need to get contracts done without the friction.

The technical foundation of Clarity Flo is led by Arabjanov’s co-founder, Sardor Taylakov, a seasoned engineer formerly at Navan, with deep experience in generative AI and agent-based workflows.

Backed locally, built for global impact

The first investment in Clarity Flo comes from the Silkroad Innovation Hub and Silkroad Angels Club — a milestone that represents not just capital, but trust from a community Arabjanov helped shape over the years.

“With Silkroad, we’ve proven that countries like Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and others across Central Eurasia can build a future together through innovation,” says Arabjanov. “Now I continue that mission as a founder — while remaining an advisor to Silkroad, mentoring and supporting the next generation.”

Family, team, and the road ahead

Arabjanov credits much of his journey to the steady support of his family — especially his wife — whose patience and encouragement have been a constant source of strength.

“A startup is never a solo effort. It’s like raising a child — it takes a village. And I’m lucky to have mine.”

Clarity Flo was built to eliminate the complexity that has long surrounded contracts. No more wasting hours on document drafting, signature chasing, or file management.

For entrepreneurs, lean teams, and operational leaders, it’s a chance to work faster and more efficiently — with less hassle and more focus.
