MOST C-Space Hub marked its two-year anniversary with a celebration that brought together startups, investors, venture capital funds, and the regional business community. The program featured a Fireside Chat titled “Venture Integration: The Future of the Region” with Pavel Koktyshev, CEO of MOST Holding, Bakht Niyazov, founder of Justart VC Studio, and Dilmurod Khodiyev, founder of C-Space. The speakers discussed trends in the development of the Central Asian venture market, prospects for ecosystem integration, and the role of regional hubs in creating new growth points.
“In just two years, MOST C-Space Hub has become more than just a meeting place – it has turned into a genuine bridge connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and fresh ideas. For us, it is important that Tashkent is emerging as a point of synergy where projects with both regional and global potential are born. Together, we are building an ecosystem capable of competing on the international stage,” said Dilmurod Khodiyev, CEO of C-Space.
Following the discussion, a startup pitching session was held, where young companies from the region presented their projects to investors. The pitches offered an opportunity to showcase innovative technological solutions as well as establish connections for future financing and collaboration.

A highlight of the evening was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between MOST Ventures and Yoshlar Ventures. The document envisions the joint development of the startup ecosystem, support for entrepreneurial initiatives, and the expansion of international cooperation with venture funds and accelerators.
“In recent years, we have witnessed the rapid growth of Uzbekistan and its startup ecosystem. We are grateful to our partner, C-Space, with whom we have been working systematically to foster ecosystem development. This year, we have planned a new stage of collaboration with more advanced programs. Of particular value to us is the new partnership with Yoshlar Ventures, which will create additional opportunities for entrepreneurs and strengthen the region’s international connections,” said Pavel Koktyshev, CEO of MOST Holding.
“For Yoshlar Ventures, collaboration with MOST Ventures is a strategic step towards developing the venture market of Uzbekistan and the wider region. We are confident that combining our efforts will provide young entrepreneurs with greater opportunities for growth and attract new international partners to the region,” said Abdulaziz Yakubov, CEO of Yoshlar Ventures.
The event concluded with VC Party Tashkent 2025, the region’s first closed-format networking event for investors and startups. The evening fostered an atmosphere of live communication and networking, where entrepreneurs showcased their projects while investors had the opportunity to make deals and outline new partnerships.
