According to the Resolution No. 256 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, criteria for recognizing digital platform operators holding a dominant position have been approved.
Based on this document and the order of the Committee for Competition Development, Payme JSC has been officially recognized as the dominant operator in the online payment systems market.
