In early September 2025, a delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Elier Maxsudov, Director of Startup and Investment Development, visited the United States. The trip became a significant step toward building stronger ties with global innovation hubs, boosting IT service exports, and positioning Uzbekistan as an emerging player in the international technology market.
During the visit, the delegation held discussions with global companies such as Cohere AI, Armanino, Saber Interactive, PomPom Fairy, and CosmicBrain AI, and also met with members of the Uzbek diaspora in California and New York. The main agenda covered artificial intelligence integration, expansion of outsourcing services, establishing offices and research centers in Tashkent, and engaging with highly skilled compatriots working in leading global firms.
Artificial Intelligence and public services: Cohere AI
Talks with Cohere AI centered on introducing advanced language model technologies in Uzbekistan.
- Deployment of AI solutions on national GPUs and data centers was discussed.
- Uzbekistan presented the “1 Million Uzbek AI Prompters” initiative and its digital government roadmap through 2030.

At the “Tech Ambassadors & Compatriots Meet-up” in California, IT Park Uzbekistan presented the Enterprise Uzbekistan strategy to the diaspora community.
