Tashkent, Uzbekistan — 25.05.2025 — In a major move to boost the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Central Asia, Startup Garage, AloqaVentures, and Royal Taxi founder Shukrulloh Lutfullaev have announced a strategic partnership with Alisher Khasanov, the renowned startup advisor behind the success of Silkway Accelerator. This collaboration will bring a new, high-impact acceleration program to Uzbekistan, aimed at empowering local founders to build globally competitive companies from day one.

Alisher Khasanov, a serial entrepreneur with product launches in Europe, Russia, the UAE, and Australia, is best known for his role in shaping the Silkway Accelerator (run in partnership with Google for Startups and Astana Hub). His no-nonsense, founder-first methodology has earned him a reputation for rapidly shifting startup mindsets toward global scalability and execution discipline.

“This is not just another startup program,” said Mukhammad Khalil, founder of Startup Garage. “We’re building a new standard for acceleration in Uzbekistan—one that challenges founders to think beyond borders, execute faster, and compete on a global level.”

The upcoming program will be shaped by three key pillars:

 • Founder-led acceleration with intensive coaching and real-time execution

 • Global exposure and market readiness from Day 1

 • Local roots, international ambition — startups will be encouraged to test global hypotheses while leveraging regional strengths

The initiative comes at a crucial time, as Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem gains momentum and increasingly looks toward global markets for growth and inspiration.

Davron Parmonov, Partner at AloqaVentures, emphasized the significance of this collaboration:

“Uzbekistan is ready to produce founders who don’t just build for the region but for the world. This program is about giving them the right mindset, mentorship, and momentum. We believe this partnership will unlock the next generation of high-growth, global startups from our ecosystem.”

Shukrulloh Lutfullaev, co-founder in the partnership, added: “We’ve built Royal Taxi into one of the fastest-growing digital mobility platforms in the region. Now it’s time to help the next wave of founders build bigger and faster.”

The first cohort of the accelerator is expected to launch in the coming months, with a public call for applications set to open soon.
