Startup Garage resident project Aziza AI held discussions with representatives of China’s HR and technology ecosystem as part of the HICOOL 2026 Global Entrepreneur Summit, held in Beijing from August 26–29.

The summit gave the Aziza AI team an opportunity to present its AI-powered HR solutions to an international audience, potential clients, and technology partners.

During the event, Aziza AI reached preliminary agreements with several major organizations to begin cooperation in a pilot format.
Initial agreements with organizations in China

During the event, Aziza AI reached preliminary agreements with several major organizations to launch cooperation in a pilot format.
These include:

  • Shanghai Foreign Service Group Co., Ltd. — in the field of HR and employment services;
  • ENIGMA World Employment Confederation — in the field of employment and the HR ecosystem;
  • Beijing Changfeng Information Technology Industry Alliance — in the field of technology cooperation;
  • WolfRun AI — in the development and technical enhancement of AI-powered video interviews to make them more natural.

As part of the initial stage of these agreements, Aziza AI plans to test its technology in China’s HR market, adapt it to local processes, and explore opportunities for further integration.

A step into the Chinese market

China is one of the world’s largest labor markets and technology ecosystems. For Aziza AI, HICOOL 2026 therefore became not only an important platform for showcasing its product internationally, but also for initiating real partnerships in the Chinese market.

The current agreements are still at the pilot stage. However, the interest shown by Chinese organizations in Aziza AI’s technology represents an important step in the project’s international expansion. An AI solution developed in Uzbekistan is now being tested in the Chinese market.For the Aziza AI team, this marks the next stage in its international expansion and its first practical step into China.
