Tashkent, Uzbekistan — Imkon Ventures has announced a pre-seed investment of $20,000 in the Dcard startup, which combines discount, cashback, and loyalty programs for the trade and service sector in Uzbekistan on a single digital platform. This investment is a logical continuation of Imkon Ventures’ strategy to support early-stage teams building digital infrastructure for the consumer market and the service sector.
The Dcard platform was launched by a team led by Javlon Jabbaraliev. The pilot phase of the project was launched in August 2026, and in a short period of time, more than 50 partner businesses were contacted, and the platform recorded its first profit. The company aims to increase the number of partner businesses to over 500 by the end of 2026.
The total volume of the trade and services market in Uzbekistan is estimated at $25-30 billion, but discount and loyalty systems remain extremely fragmented today. Each industry – auto services, beauty salons, restaurants, fitness centers – operates its own separate discount and bonus system. As a result, the consumer is forced to manage dozens of different cards and apps, while businesses bear increasingly expensive marketing costs to return the customer. Dcard aims to combine these systems into a single application, solving the problem simultaneously for both parties.
The platform allows users to access discounts, cashback, and loyalty programs from all partner businesses through a single application. For businesses, a separate merchant panel is provided – through which partners can independently manage discount terms, monitor sales data in real time, and analyze customer flows.
Dcard operates on a dual revenue model: partner businesses are charged a 5% commission on transactions made through the platform, while users enjoy expanded benefits through a subscription of 70,000 soums per month.
The company’s market entry strategy is based on two directions. The first is the ambassador model: cooperation is established with well-known bloggers and influencers in each field, who receive up to 30% of the platform’s commission upon agreement. This model links marketing costs directly to the outcome, allowing for the control of customer acquisition costs. The second is to form a network of partners by working directly with local business owners in each city.
During 2026, Dcard plans to fully launch the product in 3-4 major cities of Uzbekistan – Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara. During this period, the company aims to form more than 500 merchant partnerships in the first 4-5 verticals (auto service, beauty, restaurant, and fitness) and increase its subscriber base to 200,000 users.
Javlonbek Jabboraliyev, founder and CEO of Dcard, is currently studying Software Engineering at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies (TUIT). Prior to Dcard, he worked on attracting B2B partners at Uzum Market, Uzbekistan’s leading e-commerce platform, and subsequently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Soff Academy, a training center for sales on marketplaces. This experience has given him practical competence in attracting partner businesses and organizing sales processes, and it is these skills that serve as a key factor in the formation of Dcard’s merchant network.
“There are discount and loyalty programs in Uzbekistan, but they are fragmented—the consumer cannot fully utilize them, and businesses cannot measure their effectiveness.” We are creating one application for the consumer and one dashboard for the business. Now our main task is to expand this model to new cities and new sectors,” says Javlon Jabbaraliev, founder of Dcard.
“Dcard is solving a problem that both businesses and consumers face simultaneously.” In Uzbekistan, the cost of customer acquisition and return is growing rapidly, and the loyalty infrastructure is virtually undeveloped. Javlonbek and his team have already demonstrated how quickly they can attract partners and users during the pilot phase. We are investing not only in an early-stage team but also in infrastructure that can serve as a standard for the entire sector,” said Tohirjon Mirzajonov, CEO of Imkon Ventures.
