Kazakh startup Surfaice raises $1.5 million in investments

Surfaice is a technology company founded by Kazakh entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley, specializing in innovative solutions for the construction industry. Currently operating in five U.S. states, the startup recently closed a $1.5 million funding round. This round was supported by the venture capital firm Big Sky Capital and leading Silicon Valley funds. The news was shared by Adil Nurguzhin, Managing Partner of Big Sky Capital, in an interview with Digital Business.

The company offers solutions aimed at optimizing construction processes and automating project management with the help of artificial intelligence. “We are focusing on developing an AI platform to manage conventional construction projects,” said Alim Uderbekov, one of the company’s co-founders, in the documentary “Hello, Valley”, directed by Arman Suleimenov.

According to Surfaice’s official website, the startup’s solutions help major international operators to:

  • Accelerate the installation of over 150 advertising billboards;
  • Prepare blueprints and documentation for installing electric vehicle charging stations.

Through its technological approach, Surfaice is simplifying traditional construction processes while improving efficiency and reducing costs.
