Founder-First. Execution-Focused. Global-Minded — exclusive accelerator program launches in Uzbekistan for 15 founders

Tashkent, May 25, 2025 — Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem is entering a bold new phase. A powerful alliance between Startup Garage, investment firm AloqaVentures, Royal Taxi co-founder Shukrulloh Lutfullaev, and renowned global startup advisor Alisher Khasanov has launched a new kind of accelerator — built to help the country’s most promising founders scale internationally from day one.

Applications are now open for the inaugural cohort, limited to just 15 high-potential founders with execution-ready ideas and global ambition. The program officially kicks off in July 2025, with the application deadline set for June 25, 2025.

“This is not just another startup program,” said Mukhammad Khalil, founder of Startup Garage.
“We’re building a serious launchpad for founders who are ready to move fast and go global.”

What makes this program different?

The accelerator stands on three key pillars:

  • Founder-First Approach – Practical, hands-on support focused on execution, not theory
  • Global Readiness from Day One – Early-stage validation beyond Uzbekistan’s borders
  • Local Roots, Global Vision – Empowering startups to leverage Uzbekistan’s strengths while expanding internationally

The program is guided by Alisher Khasanov, a top-tier startup advisor known for leading the Silkway Accelerator (backed by Google for Startups and Astana Hub). He brings experience launching and scaling startups across Europe, the UAE, Russia, and Australia.

“We’re not here to train entrepreneurs,” Khasanov emphasized.
“We’re here to help build real companies ready for the global stage.”
