A new CEO has been appointed at IT Park Uzbekistan — Abdulahad Kuchkarov has taken on the role as of February 2025, succeeding Farhod Ibragimov, who had led the technopark since 2017.
Farhod Ibragimov now serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. In his new role, he will oversee the strategic development of the IT Park Uzbekistan ecosystem and the launch of a new initiative called Enterprise Uzbekistan.
Abdulahad Kuchkarov has been part of the technopark’s team since 2019. He initially served as Chief Operating Officer and later became Executive Director. Prior to joining IT Park, he managed the Groundzero coworking network and coordinated business courses at the Uzbekistan-Japan Center.
Currently, Abdulahad is pursuing a master’s degree at the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Khan Academy Uzbek — a project focused on localizing the global educational platform.
