In its ongoing mission to empower young entrepreneurs and drive innovation across sectors, IT Park Uzbekistan has concluded its startup competition dedicated to young women. From a pool of 69 participants representing various regions of the country, three standout projects were selected, each addressing real-world challenges while contributing to societal well-being, women’s empowerment, and technological advancement.

Meet the winners

1st Place – Shokhista Rakhimova
Shokhista secured the top prize with her HealthTech solution designed to support young mothers. Utilizing artificial intelligence, her platform offers expert guidance on childcare, nutrition, and postpartum mental health. A key feature is its emphasis on co-parenting, encouraging active involvement of fathers in the parenting journey. As part of her award, she received professional support to develop an impactful investor pitch.

2nd Place – Maftunakhon Isakjonova
Maftunakhon’s startup introduces an online marketplace tailored for homemakers, providing women with a way to earn income by selling homemade food, crafts, and household essentials. The platform ensures convenience and secure delivery for customers. She was awarded personalized consultation from IT Park Ventures to help refine and scale her business.

3rd Place – Khadicha Akhmadjanova
Khadicha’s EdTech initiative, Steminist, is focused on increasing female participation in STEM. The platform offers interactive learning experiences, project-based activities, and cutting-edge accessibility features such as voice control and eye-tracking for individuals with disabilities. Her prize includes dedicated mentorship to accelerate the growth of her startup.

Empowering women to lead the innovation frontier

These winning projects reflect a growing movement of young leaders tackling key societal issues while advancing Uzbekistan’s digital transformation. IT Park reaffirms its commitment to nurturing women in tech by providing a supportive environment where innovative ideas can thrive and scale within the national economy.

We congratulate the winners and look forward to seeing their visions make a lasting impact.
