IT Park Uzbekistan has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management System” certification by the international training company Cert International. This achievement confirms that the organization has implemented a systematic approach to quality management, ensuring transparency and efficiency in its internal processes in accordance with international standards.
To obtain the certification, IT Park formed a working group that developed and implemented the necessary procedural documents meeting ISO 9001:2015 standards. This process involved active participation from managers across all departments and divisions of the organization. Key performance indicators and criteria were established to assess the effectiveness of the implemented processes.
As a result of extensive efforts, IT Park successfully passed the audit, leading to its certification under the ISO 9001:2015 international standard.
Additionally, as part of efforts to enhance quality management, 30 managers and employees of IT Park underwent specialized training. All participants who successfully passed the exam received international certificates confirming their compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification is a significant milestone for IT Park, strengthening trust in the organization, its business processes, and its team. This accomplishment opens new opportunities to attract international partners and solidifies IT Park’s position amid global digital transformation.
Work is ongoing to further improve the quality management system based on auditors’ recommendations to ensure its long-term effectiveness and sustainable development.
