Uzbekistan-based retail-tech company OX System has taken another step in its international expansion by signing a strategic partnership agreement with Meta Mode, a holding company operating across Turkey and the Middle East.
Under the agreement, more than 2,000 retail locations within the Meta Mode ecosystem are expected to be integrated into OX System’s platform. The solution enables businesses to manage sales, inventory, CRM, e-commerce operations, and customer interactions through a single system.
Meta Mode is an international holding company active in fashion retail, food services, real estate, and other sectors. Its portfolio includes partnerships with global brands such as Mango, LC Waikiki, Diesel, United Colors of Benetton, Geox, and Furla, while employing more than 2,500 people across its operations.
The deal marks OX System’s entry into the Turkish and Middle Eastern markets. The company’s software is already used by more than 5,000 retail locations across Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and other CIS countries.
The partnership represents another milestone in OX System’s international growth strategy. Earlier this year, the company secured a $900,000 investment round led by United Ventures and IT Park Ventures, with global expansion identified as one of its key priorities.
