payme, one of the largest payment services in the country and part of the TBC Uzbekistan digital banking ecosystem, has launched its first-ever cashback feature. Users of the “All-Inclusive” tariff within the Payme Plus subscription will now receive 1% cashback on payments.
Introduced in November 2024, the monthly subscription has become a key element in developing Payme’s product line and enhancing customer experience. The service increases user engagement, encourages simultaneous use of multiple products within the ecosystem, strengthens brand loyalty, and raises the average revenue per user.
The subscription gives customers access to a package of value-added financial and lifestyle services. In addition to cashback, the “All-Inclusive” tariff offers up to 5 million UZS in commission-free transfers between Humo and Uzcard cards each month, free subscriptions to Yandex Plus and Setanta Sports, higher limits for deferred payments, and tools to track all income and expenses.
Stanislav Skvirskiy, CEO of payme, stated:
“payme continues to expand its product portfolio and improve customer experience — to make people’s lives more convenient. Today, financial service subscriptions are reshaping user habits and setting new standards in smart money management. By the end of July, payme plus had already surpassed 250,000 active monthly users. We added cashback so that payments are not only simple and secure, but also deliver tangible benefits. Our goal is to ensure Payme customers can access all opportunities and conveniences in a single service.”
The expansion of payme plus coincides with other innovative developments within the TBC Uzbekistan ecosystem. All of these initiatives are aimed at deeper customer engagement, greater loyalty, and the creation of new revenue streams. Since February 2025, Payme has made significant strides — more than 4.4 million users have undergone identification. During the summer, the one-time P2P transfer limit for identified users was increased to 99 million UZS, making processes more convenient. Payme also introduced Visa+, which allows transfers to Visa cards via phone number, and launched Nech Pul, an online publication covering everyday financial topics in simple language. Since its inception, Payme has united more than 3,500 merchants.
The next phase will include a large-scale redesign, integration of a system for paying and tracking traffic fines, and further development of lifestyle services: merging payme tickets and payme avia, as well as expanding the BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) service within Payme Plus.
