7Srating.uz: How is a reliable rating system being gradually formed in Uzbekistan?
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on Telegram

Today, as the number of products and services in the Uzbek market continues to increase, one main question remains for consumers: which brand can be trusted? Against the background of artificially created reputations through advertising and marketing campaigns, the need for a real and reliable rating system is growing. It was this need that led to the creation of the 7Srating.uz project.

What is 7Srating.uz?

7Srating.uz is a platform specialized in rating companies, services, and brands in Uzbekistan based on professional and independent evaluation. Its main goal is to give consumers the opportunity to make the right choice and to present business representatives with a clear picture of their quality level.

This project primarily aims to build a digital trust infrastructure. That is, no matter which service a user chooses, they will have the opportunity to view its rating, feedback, and overall reputation in advance.

Why is 7Srating.uz relevant?

Currently, there is no fully independent rating system in the Uzbek market. This makes consumer choices subjective. 7Srating.uz fills this gap and at the same time solves two problems:

  • For consumers – it creates an opportunity for a trustworthy, open, and well-grounded choice.
  • For businesses – it serves to analyze their activity, define directions for growth, and increase customer trust.

How the platform works

The algorithms of 7Srating.uz are based not only on user opinions but also on expert analysis. The following criteria are taken into account in each rating:

  • quality of service;
  • customer opinions and feedback;
  • independent expert conclusions;
  • analysis of open data.

This approach protects the rating from artificial manipulation and creates a real competitive environment.

Why “7S”?

The abbreviation “7S” in the brand name is based on the following principles:

  • Systematic – structured approach
  • Smart – intelligent analysis
  • Standards – clear standards
  • Survey-based – based on user surveys
  • Specialist-reviewed – expert-reviewed
  • Scalable – scalable system
  • Strategic – long-term strategic vision

Each “S” component plays an important role in ensuring the platform’s reliability and objectivity.

Expected outcomes

Through 7Srating.uz, service-providing companies will be able to clearly see the public perception of their brand. Their position in the rating will also show them clear directions for gaining customer trust, improving competitiveness, and enhancing internal quality.

The platform is being gradually expanded. In the near future, separate ratings in various fields such as healthcare, education, service, trade, and others will be published. The goal is to make every consumer decision well-grounded and fair.

7Srating.uz is a project aimed at creating a new quality standard in the Uzbek market. It not only makes consumer choices easier but also creates a basis for transparent evaluation and growth for businesses. In this sense, it is expected to become a key infrastructure for digital trust in the future.
