Verifix, a portfolio company of IT Park Ventures, and Kazakhstan-based flexible employment platform EasyTap have agreed to establish joint ventures in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The partnership will integrate the two companies’ technologies into a unified workforce management system.
The new platform is expected to help businesses plan shifts for full-time employees, analyze workforce demand, and quickly bring in additional workers when staffing gaps arise.
From workforce planning to finding workers
Retail, HoReCa, warehouses, and manufacturing companies regularly face changes in workforce demand. Employees may call in sick, leave their jobs, or miss shifts, while workloads can increase unexpectedly.
Verifix and EasyTap aim to combine two parts of this process: determining how many workers a business needs and finding additional workers when there is a shortage.
Verifix will analyze workloads and forecast the number of employees required for each location and time period. If the existing workforce is insufficient, EasyTap will allow businesses to fill open shifts with verified self-employed workers.
According to EasyTap, the platform currently fills more than 90% of urgent staffing requests, including requests submitted just three hours before a shift starts.
The integrated system is expected to bring shift planning, time tracking, payments, and analytics for both full-time and flexible workers into a single interface.
What does this mean for businesses?
According to Verifix, accurate time tracking can help companies save around 5% of payroll costs, while shift planning based on actual workload can generate an additional 10–15% in savings.
The EasyTap integration adds another capability: businesses could fill workforce gaps within hours instead of spending significantly more time searching for and hiring new employees.
EasyTap’s clients include Zammler, MagnumGo, Adidas, and Korzinka.
A digital employment history for workers
The partnership is also designed to create a digital employment history for both employees and flexible workers, with verified records of completed shifts.
Users are expected to have personal ratings and opportunities to increase their earnings as they gain experience and develop new skills.
For people entering the labor market for the first time, the platform could also provide access to paid internships and potentially create a pathway toward full-time employment.
Expanding across Central Asia
The two companies already have significant user and customer bases. Verifix is used by more than 480 organizations across five countries, covering over 5,000 locations and more than 85,000 employees.
EasyTap operates in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, covering more than 50 cities. More than 500,000 users are registered on the platform, while its customer base includes over 250 companies.
The partnership aims to bring together more than 500,000 flexible workers, 85,000 full-time employees, and over 700 companies within the broader unified system.
The Verifix team will lead development of the joint product in Uzbekistan, while EasyTap will take responsibility for its development in Kazakhstan. The first joint customers are expected to begin using the new solution in Q4 2026.
In summer 2025, IT Park Ventures invested $150,000 in Verifix.
