Zamonaviy tadbirkorlik sharoitida innovatsion g‘oyalarni tijoratga yo‘naltirish va ularni barqaror biznesga aylantirish uchun kapital jalb qilish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Startaplarning muvaffaqiyatli rivojlanishi ko‘p jihatdan investitsiya resurslarining mavjudligi va ularni oqilona boshqarishga bog‘liq.

Shuni unutmaslik kerakki, investitsiya – bu maqsad emas, balki vosita. Moliyaviy mablag‘larni jalb qilish uchun startap asoschisi aniq biznes-modelga ega bo‘lishi, xarajatlar tarkibini tushunishi va investorlarni qiziqtira oladigan strategiyaga ega bo‘lishi lozim.

1. Tanishlar va biznes aloqalari orqali investitsiya jalb qilish

Tadbirkorlar uchun dastlabki sarmoyani oila a’zolari, do‘stlar va biznes tanishlari orqali topish eng qulay moliyalashtirish strategiyalaridan biri hisoblanadi.
