Startup founded by Kazakh entrepreneur raises $4.5 million in US investment

Leaping AI, a startup that participated in the Y Combinator accelerator, has raised $4.5 million in investment. The company develops self-learning voice AI agents and offers them for call centers and customer service departments. The co-founders of this startup, which was founded in Germany in 2023, include 24-year-old Kazakh Arkady Telegin, as well as Canadian Kevin Wu and Australian Shrey Bhatia.

The seed investment round was closed in just three days. Among the first investors is Y Combinator founder Paul Graham. The lead investor in the round was Nexus Ventures. This fund invests in early-stage startups in artificial intelligence, SaaS and B2B technologies.

Kazakh investor Nurdaolet Bazilbekov, founder of Eurasian Hub Ventures, also invested in the startup. This London-based venture hub brings together Eurasian investors and entrepreneurs to support technology startups.

Leaping AI co-founder Arkady Telegin said that the company plans to reach $3 million in annual revenue by the end of 2025, close a Series A round, and increase the flexibility of artificial intelligence technology:

“Our goal is to make artificial intelligence a more reliable and flexible technology. Then it will be able to be used in various industries and business scenarios.”

The company will hire 5 new specialists and expand its presence in the US and European markets thanks to the investment raised.
