Russian tech giant Yandex is making deeper moves into the telemedicine market. The company has acquired a 9.33% minority stake in “Diagnostika na domu” (DND), a service that leverages AI-powered healthcare solutions.

- The majority shareholder remains Ilya Poz, co-founder and CEO of DND, who retains 76.68% of the company.
