MOST Holding and Allosta Partners hosted a private business gathering in Tashkent featuring renowned entrepreneur and investor Margulan Seisembay. The event brought together 130 business owners, investors, shareholders, CEOs, and C-level executives from Uzbekistan and across Central Asia.
The meeting focused on building scalable businesses, increasing company value, and achieving long-term capitalization. Participants discussed how to grow companies beyond founder dependence, the role of rapid feedback in business development, and how investments can serve as a driver of sustainable growth.
As part of the program, Margulan Seisembay and Pavel Koktishev, CEO of MOST Holding, held a Fireside Chat titled “How to Turn Business Scale into Capitalization in 2026.” Seisembay also shared insights into the work of Allosta Partners and the opportunities emerging in the special situations investment market.


During the event, startups participating in the Investment Readiness Accelerator Tashkent program — Onay OQU, Bigmart.uz, Screenix AI, ORDO Education, and Uspace — presented their technology solutions to investors.
